Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JustTryToBeat.Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sponsors who create accounts for protected participants (children) are responsible for those accounts and agree to our children's privacy practices. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Challenges

Sponsors are responsible for the content and design of their challenges. Challenges must not promote illegal activity, harassment, harm, or violate the rights of others. The platform reserves the right to remove challenges that violate these terms.

Participation in challenges is always voluntary. Participants may withdraw from a challenge at any time. Failure in a challenge triggers a reset opportunity — the platform does not penalize failure beyond the challenge rules set by the sponsor.

Payments & Tokens

Sponsors purchase tokens to create and manage challenges. Participants always join for free. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The platform does not hold reward money or guarantee rewards — those are the sole responsibility of the sponsor.

Code of Conduct

Users must treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, and abuse are strictly prohibited. Challenges designed to shame, humiliate, or harm participants will be removed and may result in account termination.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, active challenges will be closed and participants will be notified.

Limitation of Liability

JustTryToBeat.Me provides the platform "as is." We are not responsible for the specific content of challenges, the fulfillment of rewards by sponsors, or outcomes of challenge participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
